O.k I have to say that Gwarek 2 from drukqs disc 1 freaks
me out a lot. Also that girl's voice in Cliffs (SAW 2)
scares and depresses me at the same time.

What tracks make you cry for your mummy?

I can honestly say that there is really no music that
actually scared me.

Probably lentic catachresis on Confield by
Autechre. It gives me goosebumps, but it doesn't make me
shriek in horror or anything.

Lustmord - Blackstar

just listen to this one in the dark, when you're alone.

Anything by Britney Spears et al.

The artificialness and inhumanity of the songs just kind of
scares me about how we think of culture and whether good art
= populist art.

I suppose disturbed is sort of like scared, so I suppose the
end of Aphex Twin - Ventolin (marazanvose mix)

Yeah, definitely Lustmord. Vlad Delay scares me. Even some
of the more straightforward shit. So deep sometimes, I could
swear it's damaging my ears with some Satanic frequency.

vs - in quod is fucking scary as crap, or maybe just evil.
either way, pumping this and playing it for someone who has
no idea what to expect will make em jump the fuck out of
their seat

I'm on an alien planet, in a claustrophobic spacesuit with a
leak in it, and the atmosphere on this world is thick and
there's a slime storm brewin'. That's Bine for me, in a
nutshell.

Ooh yeah In Quod is freaky. In fact, all the speech/singing
on that album is really disturbing. I can't remember which
track is - possibly suffocate - but if u listen carefully
you can hear someone (Aaron?) whispering 'fuck you' really
psycotically.
:s
That man isn't right really is he.
