I paid for an order last week: 5th of may, still no reply from them; is this normal? I don't want to start moaning yet..and people from europe who ordered from them before: how long does it take normally for an order to arrive? |

with any order from anywhere outside of your country, you really should give it about 6 weeks before starting to think something has gone wrong. |
