I have no illnesses.
And well I rarely get ill. I'd say never, unless I do eat a
lot of unhealthy food for a short period of time. And that's
the case with everyone I think. You don't get sick without a
reason, if just the reason is your immune system is weak
(which is because you are unhealthy).
I am just feeling awesomely great at the moment! :)
but thanks for asking.

you shouldnt make fun of anorexia.

bulimia, its ok, because at least they eat. but these poor
people dont even have the pleasure of getting the taste.

they are missing out on a big part of life.

you, madame, are cruel.

wtf bulimia is just as bad as anorexia. Either way, you're
still having a really unhealthy relation to food - and will
suffer because of that.
Also being addicted to food or such, is just as horrible as
being addicted to anything. Addiction sucks!

i am neurotic... probably to the point that you might want
to consider it some sort of disease... if you look through
my posts you will notice how often i throw in little bracket
disclaimers (like this) to indicate that i am not 100
percent confident in what i am saying or to indicate a
potential hole in my arguments... etc. etc. <-- this is a
pretty good example of my problem... because i refuse to
believe in the inherent "goodness" of any one or thing
(particularly myself), i pick apart most everything that i
say and do... and ultimately withdraw from a lot of social
situations out of fear and anxiety...

... but i'm working on it...

...sort of.

i get panic attacks ocasionally. sometimes they get really
bad and last for months. i can't eat when they get really
bad so i lose lots of weight.

i don't recomend them at all.

woe is me!

yeah, i don't know. i have a few psychological issues but
none of them are serious, they just all kind of add up and
mix together and multiply then take the square root. the
thing that kind of sucks about it is that i can't point to
one obvious 'problem' and say 'yeah, that's my problem'. i
don't know, it seems like it would be easier that way. i'm
sorry you all have your issues...i just hope you all find a
way to lead some kind of fulfilling life.

i'm listening to raiding the titanic (big drum mix) and i
just want to hug you all.

I've had anxiety - Had a bad phase of it about a year ago
and still have loads of wierd phobias left over from it.

Petrol stations for one!

Never went on drugs for it - Was prescribed everything but
decided I wanted to work it out in my head and use the time
to develop my music.... Learnt Buteyko breathing thing,
anxiety's on the way out for good now!

And general neurotic behaviours - Like I can't leave
electrical things on my bed for fear of brain tumours,
things like that.

If you want to lose weight, the best thing you can do is
detox for a couple of days - Just eat steamed vegetables,
and maybe a little brown rice.

You can actually eat quite a lot - What happens after a few
days is your body starts releasing lots of toxins stored in
fat, and that makes you feel like shit, like a hangover, and
lowers your blood sugar level quite a bit!

So you burn off a lot of fat just sitting around, rather
than burning off carbs and sugars and things.

I've seen people lose over a stone in a few weeks before.

Much healthier than a low calory or reduced carb diet.

What pill was that by the way?

I'm planning to just smoke weed in the summer and get back
to ("my version of") normal then!

I'm addicted to stuff but it's not really an illness, apart
for that I'm pretty healthy, but a little loopy (REALLY
mildly insane, a touch of hysteria here and there and crazy
mood swings).

I had to fight not to stack on weight, since I started this
desk job I started eating a lotta junk food and no exercise
but nowadays I don't eat junkfood much (every couple of
weeks? instead I have RAMEN and japanese etc etc) and I try
to go on 2 or 3 ~15 min runs every week and do lots of
pushups and situps, which has actually made a big
difference... BUT

The biggest difference is made because of my... well you
know what I get up to on the weekeneds, so I don't eat from
friday aternoon until sunday afternoon. Lose a lot of wieght
then.
