sorry to ask you this, but i didnt think the NTL offices would be open now i got an email yesterday, a supposed Advance notice for my Direct Debit they took the money out last monday i get the "advance" notice yesterday ? you're not hacking my account are you? *watches you with hawk eyes* keep those fingers AWAY from the keyboard |

hehe I don;t work in that dept, but I spoke to them the other day cause a customer kept getting the DD confirmation e-mail all the time, same one, and apparently there's something wrong with the system |

>pOgO i checked my account, and so far so good. i actually forgot to call them (the scatter brained person that i am) i was lollygagging around, and i forgot. actually, i've been making preparations for my PowerBook arriving....I need to arrange and backup all my data from this machine, and I'm having to do it by CD-R....and considering that I've got nearly 6GB of encoded tracks that I don't want to have to re-encode, it's taking a while. anyways, all seems well. thank you for your concern :) *note to self: must make more usage of the word lollygagging* |
