NO! before trying to take em off like you usually do, remove
the bottom hinge of the case cover, and flip the cover up to
separate the sticker from the case in one piece. works
great unless it's a digipack :D

In the UK they use a hybrid cross between Superglue and
nasty eternally sticky stuff to attach thin paper to CD
cases which rips before you even touch it.

Oh yeah... they're nasty. They always tear when I try to
pull them off... so I end up ripping them off piece by
piece. Until I'm left with a sticker-shaped glue-stain on
the jewelcase.

Which I try to wash away with a little bit of water... and I
usually end up smearing the glue all over the front cover.
It's hopeless. Sometimes I just put a new jewelcase around
it straight away.

When I bought Feed Me Weird Things though, it had one of
those stickers on it. And the guy at the store burnt it off!
He litterally held the sticker in the flame of his lighter
for a few seconds, and then he could peel the sticker off
right away :-o It was amazing.

When I tried to do the same at home with another cd I bought
later... the plastic just started to melt :-/ The guy must
have had a magic lighter I guess.
