I'm not sure how many of you are capable of reproducing such notes....but this song far goes too long without being recognized. The whole song is a train wreck.......well....minus the wreck. The train is just bearing down...that bass line just continuing to roll on and reverb throughout the 20-30s range. It's quite mad...but beckons to be amplied in a resonated form. Sadly...the only time I can truely listen to this song is when I am in my car. Soon, I will be porting up a home subwoofer box into the ceiling and into the living room >_> <_< I can't wait ;) |

this is definitely one of my favourite tunes on drukqs... i like the kinf thesis-antithesis relationship it seems to have with Bbydyonchord (orhoweverthefuckitswritten) where Gwely Mernans is this thick, hazy, haunting vacancy (but a very full vacancy... the space is so palpable!) and Bbydyonchord is like a sleek, singular phoenix penetrating the thick atmosphere of the former... i want a new afx ambient album dammit.... |

Definitely one of my faves of the Drukqs album cos it's closest to SAWII and it hints at a large unreleased collection of ambient from mr. James of which he's reluctant to share with the world. |

there was a great song in one of his sets...ambient with slow beats, probably the best piece of music i've heard in that time...and there was rumour he'd release and experimental ambient album with beats...and i would do anything to hear this...well, almost anything. |

i agree - i wouldn't mind another album like ICBYD or even the ambient works (85-92 or sawII). i like bbydhyonchord quite a bit - wish there were more tracks like this on drukqs. |
