it's time for my weekly college radio program, one of the last until september today i'm playing brand new music from Madvillain and N.E.R.D., oldies from Erik Satie, Coil, Tricky, Prince, David Bowie, Aphex Twin, plus Slicker (John Hughes), DJ Krush & Toshinori Kondo, DJ Krush & Toshinori Kondo, Autechre, Boards Of Canada, Orbital, etc. OLD REQUESTS FINALLY HONORED AT THE END OF THIS SHOW AND NEXT WEEK begins at 4 PM EST (9 PM in the UK), ends 2 hours later *** (Windows Media Player required) *** anyone who can prove they're listening gets a personal shoutout on air! i really appreciated the 134 posts last week, that was awesome.. sorry i can't type more right now, i have to rush over to the studio to be on in 8 minutes LEFT-SPEAKER MONO PROBLEM POSSIBLY SOLVED (technicians repaired things yesterday, no software changes though) |

Yeah Maphive 6.1 kinda sticks out. I think "Stop Look Listen" from the "We are reosanble people" compilation is one of those tracks too. Another favorite. |

yea it is huh! i can't remember if prince gave respect to d... some people accuse d of reinventing prince's act but i disagree. those tuning in now missed a great (IMO) dark instrumental segment which included: Boards Of Canada - In The Annexe - Geogaddi John Hughes - Set Me On The Couch (Twine Remix) - Immediate Action Aphex Twin - [parallel stripes] - Selected Ambient Works Volume II - request Nine Inch Nails - Leaving Hope - Still Coil - Dark River - Love's Secret Domain (remastered) DJ Krush & Toshinori Kondo - Mu-Getsu - Ki-Oku also played kid606 and Ae before those how is the sound for everyone? improved? anyone who really knows the songs can you tell me if any elements are missing that come out of the right speaker usually? |
