MadTracker 2.5 RC2 has been released. Beta-version
containing VST-support.

i just find tracking so much faster and more productive than
most sequencer environments. not to say you can do more or
less, but sometimes its whatever is most comfortable.

vst.. I don't know what it stands for, but it is a system
for making audio-plugins.. softsynths, filters, anything...

"Virtual Studio Technology". It's an audio plugin standard
by Steinberg; probably the most widespread of all.

IMO it's also horrible, at least from the developer's side.
I'm glad I have Buzz to write for. :)

I just started getting into ReNoise
it's Fast Tracker II inspired - alot more so than Buzz
it supports vst and dsp
but I'm an Impulse Tracker kid so I hafta learn my way
around... it seems most impressive
now if there was just an easy way to dump Buzz machines into
it - Fruitylopps does it

i hate sequencers
sequencers are virtual hardware
trackers are straight-up software and have history/scene

I've used a tracker a few times, quite nice. But is there a
free sequencer type program where i can used VST and stack
wav files in to the timeline?
