what tempo and beat note settings would i need to acheive a
beatline like in portishead-humming.

i know it needs allot of clicks and beats and bass but im
not sure what tempo to acheive this at

get the mp3 and convert it to .wav and open in some sort of
wav editor like cakewalk's sonar i think they usually tell
the tempo but i'm not positive as of right now.

acually 63 tempo works pretty well
