My friend and I finished DJing a party a few days ago at 6am and decided to wander down to the waterfront and chill out. I recorded this video using my friends' digital camera. The background music is Olsen by BoC.
Ship Entering The Harbour Video is in WMV format.

I'm using it in my portfolio for an art school I'm applying too. Its going to be a video montage. I'll probably speed up the clip when I include it.

i disagree with what everyone said - i think the video is great! i don't find it boring at all (it's only two minutes long, guys). i don't think you should speed up the clip - it's great as it is. i really love the way it's synched up so that the sun disappears at just the right moment. very beautiful and well-made video.

It is cool because it looks like sun is setting very fast at constant brightness.
Just out of curiosity, could you tell me resolution of a picture so I can record a perfect picture (good movie quality) back on a videotape from a computer?

it's okay. although I think your music choice is pretty awful - to use BoC with such an image is very obvious and kind of cheesy.
I don't think the music makes the image any stronger. in fact, I like the last 20 seconds best, when there is no music.
I'd present it without music, if I were you, or find/make something that actually does reinforce the image - especially if you're going to send it to an artschool. the choices you make need to be clear, well-thoughout.
