alright. i only sent like two. HAHA, i have a TON more... unbelievable show though, more people turned out than i had expected. cassette boy was hilarious. and the beat box guy was pretty amazing. definately one of the best shows ive gone to, considering i never had the chance to see him the last time he was supposed to show up. |

I know most concerts (that I've been to) have a strict no camera policy. Was everything alright with you bringing your camera out? I'm going to see Squarepusher on Wednesday and I wanna take lots of pics, right up close to the stage if possible, but I don't want my camera taken away... and I don't want Tom stopping the music to shout at me for having a camera in his face either. |

lots of people were taking pictures at the toronto show you could see lots of digital cameras being held up over the crowd, and they were using flash too... i didn't see any reaction from tom or the people working at the club i wana see these pictures and the video! |

In that case, I'm taking some videos. My camera goes up to 3 minutes before it has to stop and I've got a 512 meg card :D sweeeeet. |

They're very strict about it here. I used to have a really tiny camera so they didn't find it when they searched me, but I was always scared. The first show I ever went to, I had my camera stashed in my sock, around the back of my leg. As I got to the door I noticed the guards were checking all the way down to people's feet and I got so freaked out. When it was my turn, as the guard was making his way down he felt something in my pocket. He was nearly at my feet when I pulled the pack of gum out of my pocket and showed it to him. He looked at it and nodded for me to go in. Any lower and I'm sure my camera either would have been taken away (and I'd have to go through some bullshit to get it back after the show) or I'd have been turned away. Almost sucked. |

apparently only the press is allowed to take pictures at a show, and I'm sure they have to pay the band some kind of royalty fee. Fans only pay fifty fucking dollars for the ticket, which I guess doesn't quite cover the cost of any pictures to remember the event by :( $25 for a t-shirt X-| |

My guess would be that Squarepusher / Warp aren't so interested in being greedy dicks and so they allow the fans who support them to take pictures at the show. |

first pic was cassette boy... some parody group bent on de-facing the bush administration, fucking hilarious. the vids are practically worthless... there's so much distortion in the recording that its virtually impossible to hear anything that's going on. i was way too close to tom and the speakers. at the end i yelled "squarepusher sucks" bahahah, i thought i was gonna get the shit kicked out of me. i just wanted him to come back out, he did to play a different rendition of come on my selector. best show ever. |

At the vancouver show, right after Tom finished mad bass solo somone yelled "play something good!" He peeked out from behind his laptop, gave the guy double middle fingers and then said "Say something funny and then I'll play something good" at which point everyone was like "aw snap", "aw yeah" or "oooooooooooo" |
