Defineatly one of the best hardcore/gabber-compilations I've heard. It's from 1998, but I didn't get it until last week... I can't believe I missed out on all of this good stuff! A lot of really awesome (highquality) tracks... tracklisting: CD1... 1. Temper Tantrum - Still The Hardest 2. Industrial Terror Squad - We Will Never Forget 3. Delta 9 - Speaker Worship 4. Manu Le Malin & DJ Producer - Enemy 5. DJ Freak - I Will Fight 6. Deadly Drive - Onna 7. Shaftman, The - Shaftman 8. Delta 9 - Intro 9. D.O.A. - Unleash The Brutality 10. U.V.C. & DJ Narotic - The Kings Are Back 11. U.V.C. & DJ Narotic - Step Into The Pit 12. Delta 9 - Dusted 13. Nukom - Nina 14. F.U.H.D. - I Learned To Believe CD 2 Lenny Dee - DJ Mix (and there is no tracklisting included!) some cool info / comments from discogs.com: Controversy abounds with this CD. Apparently the DJ Freak track was used without the artists permission or indeed knowledge. Hence the release of 'Fuck Denny Lee' on Freak's label Boneheddz. Also, the FUHD track was taken without permission direct from a tape, you can hear the fizz of the tape recording on the CD. /Jayfive (and yeah, the FUHD track sounds very weird... with the panning and everything.) "The Kings Are Back" by UVC/Narotic has got the be the most brutal song i have ever heard of my life. It has nothing to do the typical hardcore 4/4 distorded kick we are too often used to hear. Lots of variations in there, along with those nasty samples UVC made us all love and cherish.. IMO the album is worth it for this track alone. / twisted-TXB |

hmm, i don't have this album...actually im not that much into gabber - i mean it's my favourite thing to listen to at a gig, but i don't listen to it that much at home...actually im into very easy listening music at the moment :) i'll see if i can get it somewhere tho! |
