I think I have to have a certain amount of sleep (an exact amount.. not too much and not to little) to function properly.... If I sleep for 9 hours, I'm fine. If I sleep for 8 or less, I'm dizzy and disorientated throughout the day. If I sleep for 10 hours or more, I get migraine or nausea. I've slept for 6 hours. |

In holidays, I tend to always sleep too much, and staying awake too long. So after a few days I'm up all night, and asleep all day. So when it's not holiday (uuuh, like...most of the time) I'm going to bed when I'm not tired, and getting up without enough sleep, just to keep i touch with the rest of the society. It's shitty being tired all day, but I,m kinda getting used to it. Last night I fell asleep 3.30 and was waked by my gf coming home from nightshift at 8.30 this morning. Couldn't sleep after that. 5hrs is not enough..*yawn* |

yeah, same thing here.. and I can stay up late and sleep long.. as long as it is approximately nine hours... if I sleep more or less than nine hours, I get sick. it's very strange. |

8 hrs is perfect for me...since i only get to sleep 5 or 6 hrs during week, i make it all up on weekends - i can easily sleep up to 12 hrs. |
