do this: grab all the radios you can find in the house, put
em in your bathroom (great acoustics) and turn them to funny
shortwave 'stations' you know the ones where the people talk
in weird languages or the ones with the weird bleeps all the
time

turn the knobs and you are your own merzbow!

i had to have some patience; it did work, but if you call
this "noise":then I'm the pope, but it's sweet

wow...

from the description and the processs, i thought it would be
unlistenable noise but i'm listening to it now and i really
like it =)

it isn't like Merzbow at all... i wouldn't call it noise...
actually i find it pretty beautiful, plus it's quite random,
and i love random beautiful things.

This is really gorgeous... surely it isn't totally
unmanipulated radio noise? Lovely lovely lovely.

And no, you need decent shortwave equipment to get number
stations, sadly.

And it is all because of amplitude modulation.

i did a whole project on this idea - a dance mat connected
up to radio samples so u can mix melodies, beats, tempos
modulation etc - i got a D :(

bathroom fed into floops

thanks for the comments people, i almost made this track on
accedent :)
