I need to find out what the Kreutzfeld Jacobb disease is now. But they really did feed their pig bacon. It was in the introduction by south park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone to vhs volume 11: chef's salty chocolate balls and chickenpox.
They introduced the episodes in a skit called "bakin bacon with macon". Macon was a pig, and while cooking various bacony dishes, they fed macon bacon (and once a sausage wrapped in bacon). The idea sort of made me sick...

I think y'all mean Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease a.k.a CJD of which vCJD is commonly considered the human form of mad cow disease.
