Feeling to Belong

Have you ever been a newbie on a messageboard and you have
that incredible feeling to 'belong'? I am pretty well known
on the messageboard, well enough for people to recognise my
avatar.

I suppose it's the same with Newbies here

Well i suppose i'm not that well known round here, i don't
have my own catchphrase or special unique thing, apart from
that i'm a tentacle and a talking skull at the same time.

tolstoyed: i think you would find Ernest there making his
newest film - "Ernest finally goes insane"

When i first came here i visited aphextwin.nu for a long
time. I went through the discog trying to hear everything
richard ever did.

I browsed the message board for a year before i joined. I
chose to join during a time where everyone was silly and
there were a lot of jokes. I liked that. It seemed fun so i
joined because i wanted to be silly with others who liked
music i do.

In the real world you cant "be naked with a panda bear mask"
while singing "who ate the children" because the authorities
will get involved! But here in my location (anorexic
chamber) the world is free of laws and Ian Noll always makes
brownies for everyone even though Qrter and "Jenny Chris"
always push him down.

I heard Horse is running for Mayor!

Who do you think is the most famous member? The one that the
most amount of people are likely to know. I think it is
probably nacmat: the crazy question asker of xltronic.

When I am mayor, I will abolish things with more than 3
sides! Imagine that. Triangles only, please.

I like Nacmat! He seems very kind and a bit naive and he's
not a musician and that's good coz there's too many of them
here at this board, me included...

Yes you can, soon... I just need to get my new laptop (I'll
have it in a few weeks) so I can make some mp3's. I really
look forward to that. I've been wanting to post my music
here for ages!

I don't really remember being a newbie... feels like i've
been here a long time. I guess i'd have had the "feeling to
belong" as in most areas of life though.

I remember being a newbie, that was in the days of total
ANARCHY on the board. I miss it! It changed for the better,
but there was some serious hilarity when I was a n00b.
Memories, they will last a lifetime. Chicken Paste Man and
Sylvester Stallone.

Then they modded me and it's been smooth sailing, baby.
Right?
