derrick may:

all you need is innovator! it's an absolutely brilliant 2cd
collection of most of derrick's tracks. i actually have the
us, european, and japanese version of this album. all three
are roughly the same, but the european one adds a few more
tracks not found on the other two. the japanese import has
an exclusive ken ishii remix which is worth the price alone!

jeff mills:

mix-up vol. 2 live at liquid room, tokyo: jeff mills' best
mix album...probably the best hard techno mix ever recorded
essential!

x-103 - atlantis: personal fav of mine. classic detroit
techno at it's finest!

lifelike: another solid jeff mills album with some really
standout tracks!

DERRICK MAY:
everything he released on Transmat in the eighties is
totally essential! Look for this EP's on Transmat (not very
rare):
Rhythim is Rhythim: Nude photo (MS2)
Rhythim is Rhythim: Strings of life(MS4)
Rhythim is Rhythim: it is what it is(MS6)
R-thyme: Illusion (MS9)
Rhythim is Rhythim: beyond the dance(MS11)
Rhythim is Rhythim: the beggining (MS14)
Rhythim is Rhythim: Icon/Katic harmony(MS21)
Fantastic and classic but hard as hell to find on the
belgian Buzz records:
Relics sampler (BZZXL 106076)
Long Ago - A Relic (BZZXL 106060)
Relics LP/CD (BZZLP 106106)
Also very fine and smooth remixes from the man for inner
city, system 7, Sueno Latino, Yvette - Pump Me,...
Go for it.
Jeff Mills: All the early Underground resistance releases
from 90-92 are brilliant breathtaking classics.
Check also on Tresor:
X-101: Sonic destroyer
X-102: Discover the rings of saturn
X-103: Antlantis.
On his axis-label, must haves are: the EP's:
Mecca, Cycle 30, Growth, Humana and the other day. Igonore
purpose maker.
Hope this will help you.

:) you're welcome. exhibitionist is pretty much his best of
mix imo, he picked his best tunes for that set - not much
new stuff inthere.

Oh yes, Waveform transmissions 1 is also one of his best if
you like ultra hard techno.
