My Green Zebox Page

I decided to make my zebox page minimalist green and a bit
more stylish than the default.

Also if you haven't checked my music feel free to do so.
There is nothing new there yet though.

My green zebox page

When I am bored again I will do a more detailed design.

I really like the look of that. You chose good colors. It's
quite subtle and easy on the eyes. Not Difficult to read or
anything.

I am looking forward to your upcoming gig :D

I may be colour blind, but yours appears to be a light blue
to me...

My new page on the other hand is green.
New track called "Solitaire" to boot.

Ecnadniarb, you got the DnB track okay? I'm working on some
others in case you get stuck with/don't like that one.

Cheers mister...drummersfuneral is probably my personal
favourite out of all the junk I have ever made, I just wish
I had the original so I could sort out the kick drum.

Ceri, I only got back home yesterday and was working again
on Saturday and will be today as well. I have checked out
what you have done and it is deffo something I can work with
:D
I'll get down to it on Monday if I can.

No rush- I just wasn't even sure if you'd recieved it :)

Jedi Chris: I think Zebox puts that message there- not me...
I'd best bring some contracts over tommorow and sort out
your royalties ;)

Well no harm in listening again. I like the design of the
site too.

I should have the tracks downloading now.

: )

It is actually #023e55 which is actually more of a
blue-green colour with the prominence on blue, however on my
laptop screen it looks green and I haven't looked at it on a
CRT yet :D

Ok so i hadn't heard Drummer's funeral but i enjoyed it the
only annoying thing is that it fades out as soon as it gets
interesting.

Yeah I lost it when my laptop broke a few months back...so
it is one of those peices that is sadly stuck the way it is.

Dead of night: I liked it but i think it needs more layers
and some variation but it dosen't sound like you finished it
yet so maybe that is the plan already.

Tenkeymind: I think you should finish that one because it
sounds really nice so far!

Yep, both of them are with the piles of other tracks still
to be finished. I have two more early parts of stuff at
The Aphex Style(?) and The Other Style

Ok boom was a bit generic and didn't really make impression
on me i'm afraid.

Thud on the ther hand is quite nice. It has that old aphex
quality about it which shows through in the bass drum sound
and effect. I thiught the chimes were a nice touch.

I would really like to hear something finished though Lee!

: )

I can't finish tracks...I lose interest too quickly and move
on to try something new. One day though I will go back and
finish everything I have started. When I can make them
sound the way I want to make them sound.

Cheers for listening though :D

Ahh i know how you feel. I always start tracks and never
finish them. I have about forty finished tracks and at four
hundred unfinished ones. I think it becase of my high
expectation of my stuff. If it isn't turning out the way i
want it to i get pissed off and leave it.

It is not a problem to listen i enjoyed it.

: )

Yes, my last track count was around 500 unfinished and about
100 finished. :S

Somehow it makes it all the more believable that Aphex has
hundreds of finished, unreleased tracks, particularly when
you consider he has been doing it a lot longer...

Two and half years "properly". I did do tracks on and off
before that (although only 1 was any good), but it was quite
an irregular thing. The past 18 months I don't think I've
ever gone longer than a week without working on a track.

I think i have been doing it for about 18-19 months ther has
only been like a couple of weeks that i haven't worked on
anything either.
