okay, i wanna start learning how to make a website, to add
pics, stories, my music, whatever.
is there any easy to use website builders that are free and
ill say it again, EASY ?

I think you can actually use MS Word to edit html (I have
office 2000). Just like editing a text document

Dreamweaver.
I find it easy, but as with any program, you'll learn more
and more about it as you use it.

it's easy building sites. just read:

HTML 4.01 and CSS2.1 and do what they say.

anglefire etc are free webhosts where you can upload the
html-files you have created along with pictures and music
etc; though I highly doubt that free hosts will ever allow
mp3's, even if they are yours.

Yeah, I recommend the GeoCities site builder. Real
professional stuff.
The angelfire one also has an immense quality about it but
it is incredibly complex. All of those online website
designers will give your site style and flair though.

angelfire does allow mp3s actually, its just that they have
a low maximum bandwidth for normal (read: free) customers,
as with every other free webhost.

The only drawback to free geocities is that they will only
allow around 4 or 5 people to see your site before it
exceeds bandwidth limitations.

well that really all depends on wether u have music, lots of
images etc in your site
