wow, what an excelent album. I haven't listened to this for
a long time. I didn't remember it being this good, may be
because I have a more open mind to this sound after
listening to IDM for so long now. There is even a noise
track similar to Merzbow, but with more melody. The COIL
remix Gave up is probably the best track on there

i think that the Broken/Fixed era is brilliant - he had a
very dark and sinister feel to his music (i think anyways).

To be honest though, I think that the Gave Up (version) is
one of the worst tracks on that EP (I DO however like them
all, I just say that if I HAD to pick a worst one, that'd
get it)

I think that the Happiness In Salvery (version) and
Screaming Slave are the best tracks from Fixed.

It would have been interesting to hear a version of Last
though....

gave up is my favorite remix on that ep as well. both
broken and fixed are really excellent and in my opinion,
underrated. fixed is kind of a choppy, collage remix
record. it's interesting. i don't know if i would really
classify it as idm, though. great album

i think broken is his best album to date and my favorite
album when it comes to guitars and fast rhythms and crap
like that. i'll pick up fixed once i have shitloads of money
to spend on all the NIN albums i dont have right now.

Excellent Release, the first track has some sick techno
beats all mixed up trent-style
