Previous sound for me. Tracks like "Everything you do is a balloon", "Hi scores" and "Aquarius" is what they're best at :)

too many artists play the easy card - repeat the winning formula. and then they lose all respect they gained from liking them in the 1st place. although boc have a very original and distinctive sound i love, i hope their new album sees them progressing their sound somewhat.

then there are bands like Plaid who have gone into a new direction with Spokes, and people find it mediocre, doesn't sound like Plaid etc.

exactly what i think hehehe i wish geogaddi never came out, cuz it made me lost a lot of respect i had for their music...it was bacically the same thing as mhtrtc. they would really have to put out something amazing to make me start appreciating their stuff again. i kind of doubt tho, they care about what i have to say :)

personally i would like to see them make music on acid, while on a bad trip - with 4/11/13 rhythms, distorted screams, eerie melodies, and danceable techno tracks! it would also be very cool if they had a monkey screaming in one of the tracks because it's the year of the monkey! they should also name one of the tracks "yeVaL ynohtnA" and use random backwards speeches of him, distorted to make him sound like George W Bush, since they like to make pointless satanic references which keeps everyone fascinated! also, they should try to remix Merzbow. and use kazoos, dammit!!! kazoos rule!!! =D really i'd like to see them go techno/dance and sing along, Fluke- or Underworld-style. with children if they want to. oh and a last thing - they should use real boards of canada to make music, like, sample the sound of a surf board surfing on a canadian sea. or use them as percussions, knocking two canadian boards one against another.

I like boc, but I want them to change a bit, like autechre does, autechre always sounds like autechre, but still they always sound diferent.
boc should move from their till now so much used style

I like BOCs sound so I don't want them to change. I rely on other artists like Ae and Aphex to come up with innovative sounds.
Otherwise no-one will be able to truthfully say "That sounds like BOC" anymore.

i mean, i like the way they are making music, i think it is coincidence why they sound like mhtrtc or geogaddi, they could make jazz, in their way, and it would be marvellous too, i think.
