future internet law in france...

...our government sucks so much =/

the phonographic industry (yeah, thanks dear RIAA & co. -
can't anyone just fucking BURN them down???) asked for a law
project that would end e-mail privacy, force all
internet access providers to check and censor all
personal websites forums etc.
(so they would probably
close everything instead, it would be too hard to censor
everything)... there would also be filtration that would
prevent people in france from visiting some other foreign
sites
(yeah, right, like in china and some other
countries)...

that's just crazy. -_-

an article about it (only one i found in english).

of course, there has been lots of reactions, manifestations
and petitions against that, associations formed
against this law, boycotts of any product coming from the
phonographic industry... more than 100 000 signatures so far
on the petition, but the government still ignores it (like
they always do, or almost)... i am seriously worried.

That was a moving statement. I was reminded of "one very
important thought" by boards of canada. The RIAA is odd.

I wouldn't say the RIAA is odd... evil, but not odd. They're
very predictable and very logical in their own twisted way.
RIAA = The absolute epitome of greed over creativity.

Don't worry, this law won't be voted ; it's just an artifact
of french RIAA lobbying the governement. It will most likely
be changed to give more power to the justice to convince
paedophilians and terrorists.

And don't forget that they are already monitoring what they
want. be it legal or not. and this does not only apply to
the old France.

I more worried about the status of Islam in France nowadays.

future laws from the government:

bandanas and beards may be forbidden in schools, because

so...

in spite of all the protestations, petitions, associations
against it etc., this law passed.... the government doesn't
want to hear anyone...

it's fucking terrible +_+

now there might still be hope.. maybe; some people say they
gave up on filtrations... some say they don't though, well
it's a big mess...
i don't know if the law will be really applied either...
and the law (at least part of it) is against european
directives, so i still have a little hope. well, i want/need
this hope anyway, it all makes me feel so sick. what a bunch
of fascists -_-

and still NO ONE talks about it on tv, only mostly french
internauts are aware of it..; like it wasn't important.

FUCK FUCK FUCK . This is fucking extremely terrible. Some of
you may not understand the urgency of this but this WILL
(not could, it will) lead to worse things.

And of course,no one cares. People love to be told what to
do, they love not having to think, they love fucking love
it. They cream their pants knowing that they have people
bossing them around, because as much as they moan about it,
70% of the world are tired of trying to fight for their
beliefs and equal rights. "I just got home from a long day
of work, I don't want to have to worry about anything"

Thats why "Regular" people don't vote, then they bitch all
about the government later.

The world is a benevolent place! And anyone who thinks other
wise is paranoid/crazy. Man why are people so lazy and why
do we let shit like this happen?!?!?! GO READ BOOKS PEOPLE!

I'm glad this stuff like this is going down, have fun
watching your grand kids grow up in what will be a third
world society. And I'm not just talking about France,

Of course I'm not assuming it's 'All your fault'. If
anything conceder all this "Crazyyyyy Talk" my sympathy for
you having to endure government censorship and borders on
your Freedom of speech.

Taking away someones freedom of speech is just another step
towards controlling working class peoples opinions and
inevitably controlling the working class. Fucking hurray!
Neo Liberalism is working!

Yummm watered down, filtered internet, tastes like AOL ....

well, i surely do vote.

and i'm even more surely happy that i'm not born ten years
after or something like that (i could have been born earlier
in fact if wouldn't have bothered me at all -_-), if it
continues this, "1984" will happen - maybe in, let's
say, 30 years?

....terrible.

it it continues like that i'm tempted to go kill myself -
just because i couldn't bear living in such a totalitarian
world.
