Martian Music

Satanic Fluffy Rainbow Death from Happy Torture Land on 2001-04-26 07:55 [#00004693]

There is no sound on the moon because the phenomenon of
sound requires a medium to travel in. Light waves can travel
through space without a medium to travel in, though. For
this reason, the martians on the moon have developed a
culture of interesting "music", like we have on earth, but
they were forced to organize light into patterns, instead of
sound. I saw some of this the other day and was absolutely
amazed- just stunned and awed by the beauty of it. I would
have to say that it is far more interesting than any earth
music I've encountered. Instead of headphones, they created
a sort of "sunglasses" type of unit. It's made out of a
weird substance that they must have somehow extracted from
the moonrocks. You really should try it. I'll even sell one
of the units to you for five million dollars if you're
interested (even though that would be going against my
promise to GolGkam 3 to keep their martian existance and
technology a secret).

Don't listen to him, everyone! His strategy is to make
everyone else think it is a huge rip off, so he can buy it
himself with less buyer competition. Well let me tell you
folks something, you know what, I'm feeling CRAZY today. You
know what I'm gonna do? I am going to practically GIVE this
item away for a mere 1 million dollars. Can you believe
this?! Just send me the check and I'll send you some
sunglasses, um, I mean the alien light music XP200 unit.

You're a fool.

Your opinion is subjective. But I'd have to agree with you
on this one.

Well Ramalpha84 and I both agree that Phiz is a fool. In
other news, on your keyboard lived microscopic life forms
that were endangered of becoming extinct. In typing, you
squashed the very last one. Their entire species is wiped
from the face of the planet forever, I hope you're happy.

I'm such a moron. I overlook blatantly obvious details like
that... I read my past posts and wonder if I have some sort
of mental defects. I wonder what's wrong with me.
