Anyone having problems lately sending files via MSN, and
getting 'slow transfer rate' warnings? Also in Soulseek,
some people I cannot browse files from people I know I
should be able to.

This is quite annoying

The soulseek thing sounds more like a firewall issue to me.
Then again my laptop's in my home LAN's DMZ and yet I never
manage to browse anyone's files :(

Not a firewall thing....I've deactivated it, and tried that
