Probably I made a similiar topic some year ago on
aphextwin.nu anyway now many things are changed so I repeat
my question/poll:

Do you prefer music made by AFX for RePhLeX label or music
made by Aphex Twin under for Warp records?
ABB series (rephlex) vs SAW (warp), Polygon Window (warp) vs
Caustic Window (rephlex), etc...

think well and vote:

1) Aphex Twin (Warp)
2) AFX (Rephlex)

\/\/.

if i had to pick among abb-saw and polygon-caustic i'd say
rephlex

but since drukqs is by far my favourite album i'd pick stuff
released on warp any time

It's impossible to choose...they make very different styles
of music, both I really like, I would say ae's recent output
has been more to my taste than Aphex.

it's not so different styles imo.

abb3 seems a collection of tracks taken from sawII, caustic
window, polygon window, etc...

I read it wrong...I thought it was another ae v Aphex
thingy.

Hmm...I would have to say his none Aphex released stuff
(AFX, Polygon, Caustic, GAK etc etc.) is the best.

aphex twin.
love polygon window record too.
afx does have some moments of brilliance.. but not as
consistant in my opinion (perhaps because its more
experimental & less melodic) same with caustic window.
at the end of the day, its all the same man's work..

so im boycotting this thread on the grounds that its silly.

Aphex Twin!

Classics, I Care because you Do, Polygon Window, SAW, ....

Don't really like the rephlex stuff...

hmmm.....

AFX - Analogue Bubblebath 1 thru 4, and Hangable Auto Bulb

but man, this is an unfair contest. There's far more Aphex
material than there is AFX material.

Anyways, i like it all. But if i'm choosing, I say Aphex
Twin.
