What sounds that you've heard in music drive you mad with delight? The ones that make you think about them for years. Mine are the bass synth in windowlicker and the swirling feedback sound in Go plastic.

Rhere are several of them. I remember the girl (her "ooooh" sound) on "Rising High" (by phoneix).
It's so beautiful it drives me crazy (and it was done in 1993)!
I really like the sound of the bass synth in windowlicker (aswell as most other things in the track!)
