Will sadaam martyr himself?

I think that he let the americans capture him a little tooo
easily. Maybe he has something planned? Maybe some inside
media propaganda manipulation? Maybe a public suicide? Or
something along those lines. I think he knows that the
trials will be a circus; so he's gotta have something up his
sleave.

at start we should consider if this i s real Saddam , coz
DNA research made in some American base 5673847659328745
feets under ground is not a proof for me

I don't even know what they're trying to prove with DNA
research.. for that to work wouldn't they have to have a
piece of hair or something from years ago from the real
Saddam? How can they be sure that the saddam they have now
is real or that the evidence they are using to reference it
came from the real saddam?

good point. we've confronted him many times in the past; but
who's to say that we have anything like that to refrence
what he do have?

Well then, correct me if I'm wrong. I don't claim to
understand how they're doing all this "testing" but I would
like to know.

Well if you're looking for juvenile conspiracy theories I
can't help you, if you're looking for some facts try Reuters
or some other information source, try google.

Who's to say that those pictures of Saddam having an oral
examination wasn't a robot from the sea?

I could do that... or you could simply tell me....

I dont think they captured him easily. There was a $ 25
million reward on Saddam's head, imagine how much that is
for a "mere" Iraqi bodyguard (it was one of saddam's guards
who tipped the americans). Saddam didn't just turn himself
in. He supposedly overheard american soldiers saying they
wanted to blow up saddam's underground hide-out when they
couldn't find him there ( he was obviously in the little
space under the floor).

You isolate DNA from one person, and let some 'restriction
enzymes' (enzymes that cut in DNA, but only at certain
sequences they recognize) cut it into pieces and you make
these pieces visible, and seperate them according to their
length.
From the moment you have DNA, that has had the same
restriction and separation you can compare the two and tell
if they're related as a father and son (as in this case they
compared Saddam's DNA with that of his sons.)

I hope he doesn't do what Slobodan Milosevic is doing ->
deny everything and act like the fucking KING in the court.

well, like it or not, you've very well proven the point this
thread has made. No-one knows shit about what's going on,
and we can only speculate about what's going to happen.

you use google as an information source? do you put:
"googled it" in your bibliographies?

anyway, I don't think people can make themselves into a
martyr - that is solely the responsibility of other people
than that person.

they just compare DNA with known blood relatives. Like
Morgoth mentioned, they have his sons. it won't be
difficult to prove whether or not he is the father.

speculations are futile you knob end.
