Hi, first I'd like to say that I am a big fan of electronic
music, (Aphex, Autechre, Coil, Spacetime Continuum, etc.)
anyway, a few months ago I created an album of my own, and I
recently put it up on the web, the album is free so feel
free to download the whole thing.

Please listen to it and tell me what you think of it.

I don't mean to double post, but I forgot to mention, try
listening to it on head phones, or on some speakers with a
sub woofer.

How is it spam? Its not like i'm advertising some album that
is for sale. I just figured this would be the best place to
get some feed back.

i listened to the first couple tracks. i didn't really care
for them that much. nothing really attention grabbing i
guess. can you suggest a track in that line up that is like
your strongest one? i'll give it a listen.

Try Xanthic Sky, Quasi-Memory, Karnival, Jacana, and Giant
Albino Rhinoceros.

hmm
yeah. i s'pose you are going for the ambient thing which i
tend to find kinda boring unless its done really well.
yeah, so thanks for sharing but it ain't my gig.

someone's sweating their labium a bit too much.

you see - there are tons of free albums released on this
board, all the time - and most of the users here make music.
so, i dont think you should be surprised that noone wants to
listen to your fucking album - there are hundreds of free
tracks posted on this board every week.

so please. stfu, and gtfo.

Don't expect it to sound like Autechre or anything, I only
used about $30 worth of equipment to make the album. But I
did spend about 2 months creating it.

It's not that I'm really pissed off, I uderstand that most
people don't like wasting their time listening to unsigned
audio feces, its just that the only people I have gotten
review the thing so far, probably listen to Creed on a daily
basis. And that really couldn't be an applicable review.

it does kinda sound like you spent only 2 months creating
it. i think i would like it more if there was a bit more
depth. maybe you could go back and develop these tracks
into something more detailed. i think there is potential.
lots of your tracks seem like a good starting point or
framework for something that could be a lot better.

That is true thanks, I know most of them are too repetitive,
but my equipment is very limited, I will probably remix the
entire thing sometime in the future.

i gave most of it a listen. it wasn't my cup of tea.
generally had a lot of reverse in it and most of the songs
seemed to have a short, slow moving and jutted phrase
repeated over and over again. welcome to the board and don't
get too angry. :)

i will take a closer look for sure
just stay on the board and bump this thread in a few days
