and by some sort of technological miracle you were awoken to the sights of the world, wouldn't it scare the fuck out of you?
I mean, seriously, I look at things and go "dood if that was the 1st time i've ever seen that, I would freak the fuck out."
what do you think would scare you the most?
sometimes I think stop lights, dirty old posts, and even speakers/speaker grills.

It really is creepy as fuck when you start to look at things with this mindset.
Just look around you.
A lot of that shit is pretty fucking scary.

i also wonder what ideal beauty would be to an initially blind person?
would it be defined as the first image they see? as their mother? as a compilation of the faces they have and then compared to their own?

People who regain sight after having lost it in their early years (like 3 years old or something) have a hard time interpreting what they see. They can't tell the different between men/women, can't recognize their own family apart from other people.

I rememer years ago before I got contacts i didnt wear my glasses for like 4 years and just spent the whole time in an impressionist painting, when I finally got contacts I spent a whole week just wandering round looking at trees and stuff going "wow", and I couldnt go into town for a while cos it was too intense seeing all those faces

Yeah that would be my guess.. I mean unless you knew what things were based on their unchanging position, EVERYTHING you looked at you'd just be like "okay what the fuck is that."
