viami mice. what a great track name. and a poppy, dancey little bugger, too. i wouldn't call it anything amazing, no. and a number of the sounds seemed a bit...hmm. preset? (like that cowbell-type thing) and a bit repetative, too. but it was a fun track, yes. great melody and in that last half the beats got rather tasty. so..er. *shrugs* yeah, i'm done now. nice track. =] |

viami mice was nice, old school with some interesting sounds and fx. reminds me of some older clear records stuff like clatterbox, slightly funky electro-pop. in general not really my style, but good. |

the drums in viami mice is a sample of a roland TR808 drum machine but usually i load a kit into kontakt, assign a filter cutoff to velocity which creates some very nice effects. the filters in kontakt are pretty much amazing |

Right listening to outhouse at the mo, like the beats on this one. Not too sure about the sounds they seem a bit unaffecting, though they are quite funky. You need to do some funkier and more emotionally effecting notes. |
