anyone here listen to that radio station? its amazing! an hour of ambience every week no commercials. theres allready well over 800 programs of it now, i recently heard an aphex twin retrospective and it was a pretty good selection. "Hello, im Steven Hill, and on this hour of, Hearts of Space.." |

i know exactly what you mean. this is the ONLY place where i can promote my new album which took sweat and blood to make (the keyboard keys are sharp) but i remain ingored. Ohhh well. im gonna crawl into some corner and die. |

I know this might sound harsh, but you just aren't good enough to have people getting excited over an album yet. That's not to say you won't be good enough in the future. You just have a lot of developing to do. It would be the same for me, if I released an albums worth of stuff nobody would care, just the way it is :D You do need to calm down with the amount you are trying to push your music though. People quickly tire of others self promotion. |

heh...don't get me wrong. It think you have talent. It's just people aren't going to be interested yet. The board is full of people who love making music and everyone deep down thinks they are the best there is, but in the eyes of other people you aren't. Also trying to sell ambient music is even harder because anyone who knows how to turn a computer on can make their own ambient track, that is why people here tend to be more interested in fancy beat work. :P |
