pitril be the name of this one. it was
'pistil' until i remembered that recently came up as an
evolume track. heh. so...er. yes. nothing fancy again (it's
just me, kids), but again, i'm pleased with it enough to
share with you lot. comments are muchly appreciated. thank

Lessee, you got yer ae - amber in there, your "theme" from
arovane - tides, I dunno what else to say about it. Not one
of your better efforts.

Make some more of that smoove b. hot cocoa butter love
music!

i've not heard this particular arovane (but then, i'm not
that familiar with them at all. i should investigate). but
oh well. thanks for listening dr. fleetmouse. i can always
expect honest comments from you. and that's nice.
appreciated. i'll head back to my churn now..you know.
my..butter...churn. *cough* ..right. smooches.

Be nice if the track came to a sort of obvious climax or
build up. It seems to get a bit samey you need to build it
to a climax then it would be the perfect listening
experience.

it does lack a little 'punch', yes. or a climax of
some fashion. i just get lazy. and it sounded alright when i
exported it last night. heh. but there are a few things that
need revising, yes. thanks for your time, dr. promo. =]

Yeah I understand the lazy thing for sure (know the feel).
It sounded like that to me. Actually I was gonna say
something like that.

okay. that old link won't work anymore as the track has been
deleted to make room for the updated version. yay. i
think it's better now. maybe. i hope.

a) thanks for the listen. i appreciate it. =]
b) typically i'm not really terribly into super
ambient stuff. but the track wasn't bad. if i were
into that kindof thing at all...yeah, maybe i could tell you
more than "i liked it, yeah." heh. but alas, i'm worthless
in that department. heh. sorry.
c) and yes. that would be ryu. delicious game.

cheers. =]

for some reason, i've never been able to get anything off of
those dead murder sites.

i tried both links. i always just get to a dark gray
background page with some light gray pattern on it and a
blue banner at the top where it says "wire."
but nothing else loads on the page.

if you can tell me how to download your track, i wanna hear
it.

nice stuff.
little reverb heavy here and there but not to bad. i agree
it needs to kick in some major shit at about the 2.0 min
mark. but it's quite nice as ambience/ soundtracky stuff
now. as it is.

I thought it was great. I intentionally used thought as
present tense. You see, unbeknownst to me I was wearing a
mind changing helmut at the time (ah, crap now I don't know
if I spelled helmut right OR if unbeknownst is a real word)
No, really it was (and is) great. It adequately
expressed(es) what it was without to much or too little.
Well, I suppose IT doesn't express anything strictly
speaking, but rather interpreted in some way in the brains
of primates listening to it. I've lost train of thought, and
it's hard to find because the entire train was merely the
caboose.

That didn't even make ANY sense because I screwed it all up
and said "present" instead of "past" in the very first
sentence. I'd check for more mistakes but I forgot how to
read.

however. i could be lying. people are
known to do that, am i right? maybe. i could be wrong. i
could be lying. and with this purely textual barrier
between us, you have only my words to go by. obviously we're
missing out on some of the finer subtleties of
communication, yes (oh, but know you don't know for sure.
that 'yes' could be me suggesting a truth which
may not really be there. kindof..forcing my
idea on you to make you say 'oh, yeah. i guess that's true.'
then i've got you). indeed.

You have got a really old school autechre sound at the
moment, and I for one love it. Excellent stuff...I agree a
full albums worth of music of this flavour would make me a
very happy person.

Its a very nice track, also the melodies remind me a bit of
Funkstorung. The only thing I would change and that's just
me would be a bit less reverb and delay on the rhythm track
and a bit more punch.
