i made a twelve minute track called "lullaby for
weatheredstoner" (which is also called CH202 [opium den
version]) but you can't hear it, since it's not online. but
i'm going to download your track now anyway...

i'm downloading since i've never heard your music - this
should be good.

btw, please check out mine in the "8bit breakcore track"
thread (it's not all breakcore, it's more like 60% breakcore
now)

the percussive rushes sound like a rainstick. i don't
perceive the melodic relationships as having any particular
emotional quality, but of course that's subjective and not
necessarily positive or negative. the theme is evocative,
but in a non-specific way. made me think of a soundtrack,
it has a gentleness and depth that suggest it would work
well paired with a film. unobtrusive but suggestive, it
brought to mind stars of the lid. very nice.

very good track sir. I dug it. I liked the 'shit' samples
too! :) Your rythmatic drum skills are very honed. Reminds
me of µ-ziq and squarepusher, only different.

I FUCKING LOVE THIS. those textures are very realistic, they
surprised me when they came in - i thought they were IN my
room. great melody too. it's achingly beautiful. i love
ambient stuff like this - it's very soothing and good for
meditation - plus i'm an Eno fan so i dig this sort of stuff
anyways.

it's fantastic, not to mention well-produced. keep it up! =D

Thanks for listening.. your track wasn't too bad either :)

Was kinda dreamlike, it finished without me noticing. Again,
not much I can say about an ambient track, but a thumbs up
anyway!

Fuck Yeah!!! I really enjoyed it.

Let me explain something here... i have been stressed out
with the !!!important-question!!! thread because i am having
troubles with my computer.

I saw the word ambient and realized fuck yeah! Then i saw
who wrote the track and then i remembered that i can't think
of the last time i reviewed a track of yours.

Now the stage is set. I just sat back in my chair with my
eyes closed and daydreamed! I love how subtle this was. It
was loving and forgiving and made me forget about this
tricky ass computer.

I was relaxing and then it was over.

Nice!! I love fucking ambient!!! :D

I know it's an ambient track but I'd like to hear more depth
to this, a few more subtle layers & this could be alot
better.

I'd like to hear other stuff you've done stoner, if
possible?

you can get to hear a whole album as of jan 2004. But if you
really cant wait that long, goto zebox.com/upload and
download the one poorly produced track there.
