No they are on seperate DVD's.

The Second series is funnier than the first.

I got Animals off a friend yesterday for my birthday (Ricky
Gervais standup show) and that is pretty funny too.

Critically the second series was judged even better than the
first, and both are available on dvd. I've only seen a few
episodes and my opinion goes up and down, but I may get them
in eventually. Two special episodes being shown this
christmas are the finale, apparently. Nice to see you btw
mate :)

Get them both... well worrth it.
I watched a thing last night and it seems The Office is
going to America only David Brent is not going to be the
focus (he's too unlovable so they say).

1st series is much better imo. 2nd series is more
cringeworthy and involves more of a storyline, but its still
good.

phoenix nights is much funnier - the characterisation is
brilliant

earthleakage i agree with you about the office, the first
series is better, it is more subtle, the second is more of a
straightforward comedy. same thing happened with alan p

Love the office.
When the producers over here get a hold of it, they'll
probably add a fucking laugh track to it, and have Tony
Danza as the lead role.

Fuckers.

When he gets sacked then stands up with the Bernie Clifton
Ostrich on is just too much, genius, the way you just sit
there feeling so ashamed for him all the way through is just
marvellous.

It's pretty good...I've watched it a few times since I got
it. It is in his typical style and the behind the scenes
stuff is alright as well.

He is a wierd creature is Ricky Gervias...he seems to be
very self critical and self concious. Especially in the bit
after the BBC interview on the behinds the scenes footage.
Almost seems too normal and shy to be famous.
