Yes i like techno music No on the psychiatrist Yes on being mental - a few years ago i thought i was going insane. I got turned onto electronic music, xoloft, and weed, and now im okay, at least thats what my green bunny friend with the clown shoes tells me. |

polish history of techno : there was a time when the music started to go out from underground. years 90-95,6,7. after U96 and 2 unlimited ( i started with these ! ) came Mayday , Thunderdome , then Tresor revolution. that was a boom i tell you. i remember that in 97 we had 3-4 newsletters about techno music - everyone of these died after year or two. but then came Club Rotation. Not so hard , not so ambitious. sweet melodies , stupid fast voices, idiotic lirycs. More and more influences from pop and from Germany - yes yes , Club Rotation , as techno , came to us from west. at start there was a balance between euro-techno and real techno. i was proud that i can say - im a techno fan. you could feel respect , honestly. but with years , to year 2003 techno pop take an advantage over more ambitious part of dance scene - and even IDM revolution couldnt stop this with powerfull Ae, Boc , Plaid AFX , Ninja Tune..... now i dont use word techno at all. who is using it ? stupid ladies painted like cheap pictures, atupid boneheads in fast cars with adidas on every part of their clothes , riding in car with opened window, Kai Tracid and Future Breeze pumpin so loud that you can hear it from kilometers, red sunglasses. techno means shit in Poland now , its more digustin than naked sean Paul , or even No Angels. this is history how good music can be destroyed by stupidity of people , how the money are destroying music scene. i wish it would never happen to IDM, but im affraid that my wishes are not become true. |

I've definetly got anxiety when I'm not regularly using drugs/smoking/drinking... I'm really backwards - I can deal with things like going up to stunning women and being really forward, can deal with car crashes, accidents, totally unphased... But simple things like going to a supermarket, standing in a que, driving on motorways, and I'm stressing out! Weed is good - But if I smoke weed I don't get anything done... |

i used to be very depressed, and took pills for that. and now i am pretty paranoid and have the possibility of becoming schizophrenic later on if i don't watch myself when it comes to substance abuse. weed actually made my mental health worse, causing major signs to show in schizophrenic behavior, even up to a week after smoking any bit of it. now i am clean though. it was good while it lasted (the weed). p.s. i've made music for 4 years. |

its funny you wrote this topic up. today i was telling my friend as i was driving... wouldn't it be cool to graduate with some sort of dipolma in engineering or science and eventually end up in a psychiatric institution. |

that's the whole point, it IS all in your head, but that doesn't neccessarily mean it doesn't pose a problem. Your subconcience can gain serious control over your concious mind and physical body. |

Yeah you know I brought it on myself though so I try not to complain about it, and everything else in my life is a total ride so really I don't have it that bad. And it's not like I'm a danger to myself or others. I'm totally 100% harmless and docile etc |
