After wanting to acquire this for a long long time, because
how it was supposedly so frightening that it made Clive
Barker shat his pants and decided not to use it etc etc
etc....
thanks to Meho I have it now and I recently bought
Hellraiser on DVD and it was a sad revelation....

COILS tracks are very gentle, pretty and totally
inappropriate for the grisly movie...aand the soundtrack
eventually used by Barker is dark and nasty and fits the
movie like a glove....

so that's another COIL related myth debunked...that said
Their Unreleased Hellraiser themes are beautiful and sad and
well worth a listen..and the only one track that is remotely
scary in particular...Attack of the
Sennapods...preconfigures glitch..way back in 1987!!

I have always always wanted this too. I have something
called "Unnatural History II" *refers to CD book #3 and
nods* and Luke said that it was the soundtrack, but your
words are making me wonder.

What exactly do I have/What exactly do you have? :)

I love 'coil' ideas but they don't translate to music for
me....

What do you know of "coil"? They asked for me to play drums
and they'd play around. What would you expect from Coil if
you saw it live?
