Plaid will be in Chicago tonight at the Abbey Pub, 18 and
Over, $20. Doors open at 9 and it begins at 10. Anyone
else going?

I dont know why i find about these chicago shows so late.
Seriously i have missed squarepusher and Chris Clark. :/

I blame nigel for not keeping me in the loop! :P

Seriously it wouldn't even take me that long to get there

Woooo, what a show.

I got to hear so many good things. First the DJ got around
to mixing in AE's '444', which incedantly is my favorite
track by them, and it sounded great with the bass.

Chris Clark put on a good show, I love his track Wolf, and
it sounded great live.

Next came Plaid.....and I was amazed again. The crowd went
crazy for 'New Family', but it was even wilder when they
played 'Marry' for their encore. I know the general
consensus is that 'Zeal' is there best song on Spokes, but
IMO it doesn't even come close to the magnificence of this
tune. People were going crazy down below.

As for Luke Vibert....I didn't stay, my brother was tired
and I wasn't really in the mood to be hearing a lot of Acid.
I was surprised Plaid didn't play last, since I thought
they were headlining, oh well.

All in all, a great show, and a pretty nice venue.
