use paint.

open up desired picture.

notice how all avatars are 60x80 on this forum.

activate CALCULATOR!!

devide 60 by horizontal side of original picture and devide
80 by vertical side of original picture.

multiply these numbers by 100.

those are the numbers that you need to fill in into the
stretch/resize thingy.

or sumfink.
