I just found this on slsk.. don't really know what it is. It sounds like boc, or a good copy, but I couldn't find any info about this. not on warp, not on watmm, not in the archives of our messageboard (...) Can someone tell me some more about it ?? |

Might be the Geogaddi Promo (which is Alpha and Omega on Geogaddi) that was issued before Geo came out... it was the only real promo they publically released besides the Telephasic Workshop 10" before MHTRTC came out in 1998. It might have been misnumbered in terms of the year. There are a LOT of BOC fakes going around at the moment... don't believe for a second any of the Hooper Bay tracks have been leaked. |

I've got a different geogaddi promo- it's the same as the third disk on the (vinyl) album, but one side is blank, rather than having that picture etched into it. |

yeah..it probably is a fake. I'm pretty convinced of that now, after listening to it a few times. It contains samples that are sooo not boc and also the titles are not. I think they would never call a track 'Statue of Liberty' or 'Dave (I'm A Real Traditionalist)'... It has about 30 tracks, but some are missing. Most of them are between 1.00 and 1.30 min. long. and the total time is about 70 minutes. (a promo from 70 mins?????????) |

Oh... you stumbled upon those. Ceri JC - that's the promo I am talking about - the Geogaddi Promo is one-sided, has a sky blue hexagon sticker on the playable side, and contains the tracks Alpha and Omega and Beware The Friendly Stranger. |
