I mean really, every other sort of software works fine without fail, but so many movie files only appear as sound or fail to run at all and media player says "Error Downloading Codec"... why? IS there nowhere I can go and DL a 50mb file that has *every* released video codec in it? Please somebody help, I'm getting fed up of DLing 700mb video files or getting stuff from mates that I can't watch. |

Do a Google on "Nimo codec pack" all codecs in one package :) But beware, as some of the codecs conflict with each other! (I'll try to find out which ones you need to disable) |

That one does have everything, it can be risky if you don't disable the right ones though like you said.. Personally the latest div x and then xvid in the div x directory has never failed me. |
