Yeah I didnt eat turkey this thanks giving and I blame it
all on that KFC post last week : )

Those peta videos were fucking sick. I kept staring at the
turkey thinking about all the bad shit it went through . .
.

In other news I think a bald eagle obducted my cat !

A kestral killed one of my friends puppies yesterday :(

These birds are getting worse. I reckon all birds should be
killed and fed to the starving.

Typical American thinking their version of thanksgiving is
the only thanksgiving day there is :D

Canadian thanksgiving as far as I know is the second monday
in october...although this might me wrong.

while I don't appreciate the sterotype, I have been under
the impression that the colonian celebration of friendship
with the Indians was started, and reamined soley, an
American tradition.....

according to REFLEXs thread though, it does seem like they
do have one.

what is it for exactly? what are the origins?

It is a true stereotype though...in general if they can't
shit in it Americans don't know about it.

It is basically a day of thanksgiving for the harvest.

listen, I take offense to that.

I would counter that generally, ALL people are idiots, not
just Americans.

We're talking about a Canadian holidy. Because I'm not
versed in Boxing Day, or any other day of rest, does not
make me a typical fucking American who couldn't find Mexico
on a map.

ALL people are fucking morons, Americans just have the
capability, technology and mentality to let the entire world
know.

I never said Americans are idiots or morons...I was merely
stating that their knowledge is generally limited to things
effecting just America...

Your last post plays into so many stereotypical attributes
though...it was quite amusing.

so you're well versed in memorial day, veterans day,
presidents day, MLK Jr Day, etc?

seriously, because I don't know a Canadian holiday in know
way proves any point except that you're trying to be stuborn
:)

also, american media is america oriented. international
news is basically whatever buzz country america is occupying
at the moment.

I actually do know all about the US holidays actually.

The generally accepted stereotype of Americans is that they
are very insular and egotistical. That is why your post
made me chuckle :D

I wasn't trying to offend you anyway, I was just messing
about. :)

Pakistan borders India, I know that

It's southwest of Greece (I'm greek) and more even southwest
of france than Greece.

It is more south than west of Saudi

so i was suppose to be a vegatarian, but then i was at this
big barbecue somewhere in the woods with lots of juicy meat
on it, and i was hungry and i got in line to get meat for
this friend of mine because you could only get one piece,
well and the waiting and the staring at that meat made me
wanna take one or two bites, nothing wrong with that, but
then i got in this frenzy and muched the whole thing down
and then i got a sausage too
so maybe im not a vegetarian
it was in germany with all these soldiers, it seemed like
such a atmosphere to eat meat
i quite enjoyed it too, yummie, it was actually more the
sense of eating something tough than the taste of it though.
i hated the tastes of the burps after it, couldnt quite get
that down by drinking beer
am i evil?
