I did this once when I lived at my local university and some "aggies" (agricultural studies students, they study farm animals, and are just as dumb as them) were happily playing some country up real loud, so myself and a friend by the name of ra pumped ventolin followed by isopropanol to try and put some peace in the air |

I think what you're talking about there isn't ring modulation, but, well, frequency modulation. The drums are used to modulate the frequency of that squealy noise. This is quite easy to do in software, actually. My apologies if you're talking about something less prominent in the track, which I agree is awesome. |
