warpcd82, warp:routine

taken from
"previously unreleased"

its kind of a slower jam, w/some woodwin
instruments in the back

oh and the song "porn" from blue jam is funny.

kinda interesting. we don't often hear any two Ae/Gescom
songs with identical drum samples.

shit i cant remember but one remix they did really sounds
alike in the drum pattern though a lot simpler, im not shure
but i think its the buck tick remix .....the resemblance to
tr2a isnt that blatent i think...

it's probably a remix of stuff from confield. it was from
the same time period... actually, if i recall, it came out
just before confield. if you check warp out, you'll see some
of the original song titles were different from that album
(ie. VI code spoils, etc...). it may have to do with
confield originally being called "konlied"??? it's all
speculation, though.

the track is not a remix or a mix of anything..its actually
called "Konlied MX".

closed.

but mx has typically in ae speak meant it is a mix or
interpretation of something else. a version, if you will.

it has no more significance than that of Garbagemx,
or any other off the Garbage ep, if you will..

Belive me - it's an individual track that didn't fit on
Confield.

end

The other tracks on that compilation are taken from other
releases, right?

I think it's called konlied because it lied to us about what
to expect from confield.

Tibbar - wasn't vi code spoils the title of the flash
animation on the warp site?

konlied mix sounds more like chiastic slide era than
confield to me.
