Oh yeah, I've seen hundreds of similar things before -
They're often a con - Very few people go in for it - It's
often just a front for a guy to amass a huge collection of
library music (which he has rights to) to sell for use in
documentaries, advertising, etc...
I don't know about this one in particular, all I do know is
that you will hardly make any money atall out of them and
are better off holding onto any decent music you make.

I tried it a couple of years ago with some artist called
Aphex Twin, I told about 3 of my mates to listen to his
tracks and they later bought them. I now have about £10 and
a replica of the Arc de Triumph made entirely out of
butterbeans (long story)... not sure what happened to the
artist though.
