Can't listen to it in work, but I can't recall this one... I
have 'Procuro O Caca' or whatever the fuck it's called,
that's pretty decent... he was on 'Lookaway' as well wasn't
he - I'm sure there's a few more tracks he's done with them
available on soulseek, dunno how exclusive this one is.

Korn

;D

btw recently i found an amusing page with the lyrics to one
of Fantomas' albums...i laughed to tears

check this out

Heh that's funny... it's quite sad how many I can remember
from those lyrics though o_O

I wonder if some of Fantomas' stuff was written with Patton
just writing complete gibberish and trying to vocalise it...
it's possible I guess

it's wierd....i don't believe it though since it doesn't say
Mike Patton anywhere in the albumcredits and that only the
voices of Jon and Max are heard in the song

Nah he's definitely on there man - I can't think of the song
too well but I know I heard him on it.

*Listening*

It's hard to make out who does what - the verses could be
any of them - you can hear it's definitely Patton doing the
background noises though.

Patton was on Lookaway. Its defo in the album sleeve there
somewhere. Fred Durst is on Roots too I think *shudder*

I never really listened to that. It was like a second rate
Roots.

Wasn't Benji from Dub War on it too? Ever like them?

no man...Fred is NOT on Roots, since the first appearance
with Max is on "bleed" by Soulfly

actually, i was a bit surprised to learn about that, too.

...and thank you very much for the link. a decent track,
really :)

Yes, Mike Patton was on Lookaway. I remember for a fact.

My fave Sepultura album though, personally, is CHAOS A.D.

Great fucking album.

Max's vocals bother me a lot. He sounds too much like a
caveman for me.

as far as i know, it's a cover of a song by New Model Army.

Chaos A.D. is my fave, too...awesome work, absolutely. a
very intense and diverse album, the only of a kind.

They used to get fantastic reviews in Kerrang! all the time,
but no one ever bought their albums. Not surprised if
'Strike It' was anything to go by. Good live act apparently,
but not to my tastes.

Their first album 'Pain' was pretty good but then their
sound got watered down a bit. Apparently they were much more
successful in Europe than in the UK.

I saw them quite a few times and they were cracking live.
But if it ain't yo thang it ain't yo thang.

They underwent a name change and are still going as
Skindred. Shit name.
