I don't really like his first two EPs that much. The
melodies are a bit too wonky.

Although the second one isn't too bad.

Give Lord Almighty Snares a run for his money? Doubt it.
I'll have to check it out now though.

Well I was doubtful too having heard the first 2 eps. But I
thought it was worth posting.

It's much more interesting to see an artist grow than to see
them release a brilliant debut ep/album and then keep trying
to reach that standard and failing more and more with each
release, radiohead and oasis respectively.

Erm, so you think that Pablo Honey is Radiohead's
best ?

oasis' first album really is a classic. Since then every
album has got worse.

I fear the same's gonna happen to The Strokes. They're never
gonna live up to the expectations for the second album. The
critics are gonna slay it.

they're both good in their own ways, its as simple as that.

nothing alike.

" this release is the logical next step, to ensure listening
at the right speed"

hahaha when i ripped the first EP i thought it was in 33
instead of 45. i just figured his stuff was more chill. it
sounds good anyways though

but also, reading that the new cd only has 2 new tracks with
the other 2 EPs makes me not want it anymore

To me Zod are smallbear, they're little players. None of the
stuff they've done has particularly blown me away.

same here. there's lots of good stuff just nothing that
makes me say I want to buy every single release on this
label, like I feel with Spezialmaterial.
