but god these people are dirty, their is one guy, Parker, he doesn't wipe his ass and he blows his nose in his hand and then rubs it on his pants, he is also diabetic and occasionally overdoses on his insulin and gets really sweaty. oh and he always smells like garbage. yea works great.

Last year I had a good, but BAD, job. Good because it was better paying and not as embarrasing at standing at a checkout or something all day, but BAD because they people there hated me and I hated them. It was boring as hell and I hated going.
I'm working 3 hours a day for my mom's courier service right now, and it's great... I feel a bit guilty about it, cuz, uh... she overpays me and underworks me ridiculously. She's my boss, but I'm her little baby.
I was ''looking'' for jobs eariler this summer and didn't find any. Well, I DID, but I didn't really WANT them... so my mom just offered this to me, and my summer was salvaged. I can't say I hate my job THIS year.
I wanted to kill myself last summer though, so I said ''no way, I'm not doing that again until I ABSOLUTELY have to''.

I work as a techie for the university and the damn central computer office had my IP listed with 580 others using P2P. Luckly I just got off with a warning instead of having them investigate my computer. There goes all my divx connections.

I have just discovered the great canadian band "Godspeed you black emperor", I found this in an interview taken from the wire:
"Listen... we all stop paying rent tomorrow and have a meeting somewhere, all the millions of us who lose everyday and know that things are fucked and know that we're fucked and that mostly we're powerless to change it. We stop paying rent tomorrow and sit down and figure out what the fuck a little."
Their "Yanqui u.x.o" is the best rock music I?ve heard since sonic youth, by the way...
AR: I hope people like you and I who doesn?t like to compromise will find other ways to manage life without wage-slavery. I find a lot of inspiration in reading about how artists & musicians struggles for survival...

bill: that?s part of what I like about them - they don?t really bother to much about what you should or shouldn?t - I think that?s a great attitude towards life... How many 50-year olds do you know how plays in a band and makes paintings? Wheter you like it or not - aren?t people free to do as they want?

wow let me tell you what happened at my job today. amazing, the nerve of some people.
one of my biggest pet peeves is when people try to get you to throw all of their shitty disgusting garbage away for them when they come through the drive thru at the restaurant i work at. absolutely drives me nuts. we are SO completely busy, and i just don't have time to throw their shit out, wash my hands, and continue taking orders and cashing them through. WELL -- today, this 40 or so year old man in a minivan comes cruising through, digs up all the hairy banana peels and rotten hell he can find in his car and nonchalantly tries to hand it all to me to throw away for him. but i won't stand for it! i simply explain to him that it's unsanitary (there are health codes to prevent this sort of thing from happening, you know) for me to handle his garbage and then hand out the ice cream cones to the next car without washing my hands (which i don't have time for). i explain to him that there is a trash can just for things like the crap he is waving in my face just a little ways away on the patio. but he won't have it. he drives away in a huffy fit and throws his garbage out his window when i tell him to pull up because his food isn't quite ready. i was quite irritated with his childish behavior.
i want a job where there is no childish behavior!
