Latly I've been having sleep problems. I keep pulling those 48 hour days.
They are really catching up, like Ive been falling a sleep at work and shit.
Is there stuff that makes you sleepy that isnt in pill form? I heard tea is good, but that doesnt make any sence...

Stay all natural. I understand wher you are coming from but it seems that the Human body is easily subjectable to being conditioned so to speak.
I wouldn't recommend pills or anything. Just be patient which will be difficult and your body will do the work for you.
I am obviously no expert, but that is my take on this. Keeping things all natural is the best bet!

you need to lighten up. you need healty natural sleep.
do some physical exercises/hard work.
synthetic sleep is no sleep at all, so keep it natural

st. worths is good for stimulating the serotonin production, especially during wintertime when there's less sun, as it is the amount of sunlight that stimulates the production of serotonin within the brain.
serotonin regulates your sleep, hunger, your general mood (happy happy joy joy) and sleep.
when you take e, the mdma (or equivalent synthetics) up the serotonin production to astronomical levels, giving you that in-love-feeling.

do some sport or physical stuff of any kind. doing it outside in the fresh air is good. tea aint bad either cause you first go up and then down. and tea is good for calming your mind chilling finding rest at some time of the day.
i guess you already tried reading, but everything one does is only keeping you away from the main point, the mind.
when i cant fall asleep i have to think, maybe be sad or cry and then i find some rest.
take your time to think about your life everyday if you have some struggle, else it will haunt you at night.
im going to bed now, gnight and goodluck -o-
