since my comp brroke i can't edit photos and can only view
picturres via IE, and its fucking shite.

do you know what i could download so that when i save files
they arre eitherr jpg orr gif files.
and also something (does not have to be the same prrogrram)
that i can use to edit picturres

all forr frree :) since i have no money. and i don't
rrememberr paying forr anything last time.

this thing Ophecks mentioned that i just got is prretty good

ACDSee is the only way to fly when it comes to viewing
images - it's a great filebrowser too, as opposed to the
integrated Windows Explorer crap

gimp is a free photoshop like program for editing
images.

i've never used it before, but, i've seen some rather
impressive images that were manipulated using it.

and it's free.
