I now it's hard to get topics on gothic/rock out on the board, but still...I love World Coming Down by Type O Negative.. .. This album has such a great feeling to it...so slow and emotional ... fuck...I sometime sleep to this album on repeat, and always get the best sleep ever |

The best thing about that album is CLEARLY their Beatles covers! Type O is one of the few metal bands I can tolerate. |

woah cool topic, Type o are great, i seen them live about 2 years ago, great experience. I just happen to be listening to Christian Woman and didn't expect a Type O Negative topic here :) Their new album is out soon btw Bloody Kisses is an excelent album to, i highly reccomend it! |

I hate metal, but I LOVE Type O Negative. And I think they did a great cover of Day Tripper! :) My favorite album is October Rust--I could make love to that all damn day. :) |

oh, LIKM it's just different from WCD, probably a bit more upbeat, but still excellent, melodic and catchy. imo, Peter Steele is one of the songwriters ever! :) but World Coming Down is definitely their best. oh my... this is an AWESOME album, what more can i say. i especially love the production on the WCD... it's total ear candy. i have to say i've always had a weak spot for Type O Negative :D |

imo, Life Is Killing Me is way better than, say, Bloody Kisses, which i think was the cheesiest album they ever made (maybe except for a couple of tracks there). LIKM is just more playful and mature, i'd say. but it's just my opinion, you see. :) anyway, none of their other albums have ever topped World Coming Down, i think. |

Hehe, I love Type O lately, listened to this album just a week ago. Just enough clever knowing winkiness in there to make it fun for me, and I don't even like metal at all. I heard Peter Steele was in Playgirl a while back. |
